Fence Repair Aurora
In the past few years we have seen an increased amount of fences falling down in Aurora. This is a combination of stronger winds and bad workmanship.
There are a few reasons why your fence has fallen:
If the wood used was not high quality, it may not withstand the strong winds
When installing the posts the Aurora company who installed it may not have used enough cement. (2 bags minimum)
The company probably did not dig deep enough when setting the posts (minimum of 3 feet)
When installing the fences, companies tend to use nails. However nails don't hold as strong as screws and therefore the panels can fall off.
Here is an example of a fence that was not dug deep enough and therefore did not have the strength to hold the rest of the fence
Here we can see the panels were not screwed in or were not screwed in deep enough.
